Workspace Owners and Admins can invite collaborators to join the workspace.

Send an invitation

  1. Go to Settings > Invitations.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Choose a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

Invitation status

StatusDescription
PendingSent — waiting for the recipient to accept
AcceptedThe person has joined the workspace
ExpiredThe invitation was not accepted in time
RevokedThe invitation was cancelled

Accept an invitation

  1. Click the invitation link in the email.
  2. Sign in to Traseq (or create an account).
  3. Confirm to join the workspace.

Revoke an invitation

If you need to cancel a pending invitation:
  1. Find the invitation in the list.
  2. Click Revoke.
